Body Worn Camera Firmware Upgrade Instructions

1. Install “Driver.msi”

2. Click “Image” to select the firmware from PC.

3. Tick the “Reboot”, “Erase All” and “Pull out USB” options on the upper right

4. Click “Start” and you will see a green tick on the right.

5. Turn off body camera, press and hold the “Photo” button and plug in the USB cable (Please do not release until you see the progress bar).

6. Wait for the firmware to upgrade, it may take a few minutes (please do not disconnect during this process).

7. The progress bar disappear means that the firmware upgrade has been completed

8. Disconnect USB cable
